My name is Zack and I really do just like making this stuff. I learned how to do it all with over a dozen years of practice as a home cook and professional cook. The best part of all of it is when someone genuinely enjoys the new product you show them and using that product, or even similar products, becomes a new normal for them. In that way, you can maybe positively impact lives a little bit.
